DELAWARE
RIVERSIDE CONSERVANCY HONORS JEFFEREY RUSSO, ESQ.
On December 10, 2008, the Delaware Riverside Conservancy Inc. (DRC)
Executive Committee hosted a dinner at the Reigelsville Inn in honor
of their beloved legal brain trust, Mr. Jeffrey Russo, Esq., of Russo
Law Offices in Phillipsburg , New Jersey , for his tireless efforts
to guide and support the work of the DRC.
The DRC with Mr. Russo at the legal helm, has been intimately involved
in the recent flooding issues and has filed Notice of Claims (including
eleven counts) for the April 05 and June 06 Floods, against the City
of New York in regard to the egregious mismanagement of their reservoirs.
